Come and join Marie at the beautiful Brooksby Hall in Leicestershire to start to make these lovely Fairisle armwarmers. This new accessory design is actually part of Marie's new WILDWOOD collection and is the perfect project to learn how to knit Fairisle as they can be knitted in the round or knitted flat and only use 2 colours in a round/row at any one time.

WHAT YOU WILL MAKE You will start to make the beautiful Sycamore Armwarmers using Marie Wallin's new BRITISH BREEDS yarn.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN How to knit Fairisle in the round and flat, we will also show you some tips to help you with your stranded knitting.

SKILL LEVEL Suitable for knitters of all abilities, including those who wish to learn Fairisle knitting.

WHAT IS INCLUDED The pattern, chart and the yarn to complete the armwarmers (10 x 25g balls). A lunch made from locally sourced produce, lots of tea & coffee, fruit juice, biscuits and afternoon cake.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING 2.75mm & 3.25mm circular needles - 25cm cable length or 2.75mm & 3.25mm straight needles.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE ARMWARMERS You will be given everything you need to make the armwarmers.

NUMBER OF WORKSHOP PLACES Minimum of 10 people to a maximum of 20.
